Frequently Asked Questions

What is People 2.0?

People 2.0 Global, Inc. (P20) is a national staffing support company that offers administrative support services such as payroll processing and employee benefits management to recruiting firms. Frankel Staffing Partners (FSP) is a member of P20’s network of affiliates. Associates of FSP are technically employed by P20.  All paychecks, W2s, etc., will reflect People 2.0 as the employer of record although most communication with associates will be with the FSP team of recruiters.

When do I get paid?

FSP/P20 associates are paid each Friday for any hours worked during the preceding week.

Important things to note:

  • Timecards: Approved and signed by the client, must be submitted by Monday at noon to ensure a Friday payday.
  • Direct Deposit: Although it is common for directly-deposited paychecks to be credited to the associate’s bank account prior to Friday, it is essential that associates do not assume that an early deposit will always be possible. Furthermore, we urge all associates to verify their direct deposit credit before writing checks on the expected balance.
  • Payroll Questions: If you have additional questions, please email us at payroll@frankelstaffing.com.

Who should I contact if I will be absent/tardy?

Contact the FSP office immediately and speak with the recruiter supervising your assignment. If that recruiter is unavailable, please speak with any available recruiter. (It is best to speak with someone directly rather than leaving a message.)

Who should I contact regarding dress code for my assignment

Speak with the recruiter supervising your assignment.

Who should I contact if I have an address change?

Contact the FSP office and speak with a representative to change your address in our database and on employment documents, as needed.

How can I access my payroll history?

You may access your payroll history information online by visiting the People 2.0/Frankel Staffing Web Portal at www.people20.net/frankel. Your username is the email address that you provided during your orientation. Your password is the first four letters of your last name + the first four digits of your Social Security number (for example: smit1234).

Who should I contact if I experience an accident on the job?

If you are injured on the job, however minor, you must report the incident to the FSP office as soon as possible.  Except in a true emergency, you should never leave the worksite without first reporting an injury. FSP/P20 has a managed care arrangement with nearby medical facilities to make sure any injured associate can receive the necessary treatment. A list of preferred providers is available below:

*If you need to seek medical attention for an on-the-job injury, contact a FSP representative who will guide you through the required steps. Be sure to name “People 2.0” as your employer on all medical forms.

How/where can I access my FSP/P20 pay history, assignment history, etc.?

FSP/P20 has a Web Portal that allows employees to have individual (and confidential) access to their own data, including the ability to print pay stubs, view pay history, access and print annual W2s, view prior assignments and review personal data. Each employee has a secure login to the Web Portal. You can begin using this feature immediately as long as you are active in our system and have an email address on file with our office.

The Web Portal is accessed by visiting www.people20.net/frankel. Your username is the email address that you provided during your orientation. Your password is the first four letters of your last name + the first four digits of your Social Security number (example: smit1234). Please contact an FSP representative if you are unable to access your account using the above directions.

What is the best way for me to stay current on FSP happenings?

Announcements such as office closings, job fairs, benefits enrollments, etc., will be posted in the News & Events section of our website. We also encourage all associates to “like” the Frankel Staffing Partners Facebook page to keep up to date with the latest FSP happenings.

What is the best way for me to stay current on new job openings?

In addition to our website, FSP routinely posts new positions on job boards such as Monster, Careerbuilder and Indeed, as well as Craigslist and industry-specific job boards. “Hot Jobs” will also be posted on our Facebook page.

What do I need to know about FSP benefits?

Are benefits available to FSP/P20 associates?

Yes, FSP/P20 offers a variety of benefits to its employees including medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D (accidental death and dismemberment) insurance, short-term disability coverage and holiday pay (for tenured employees). For details related to these plans, please call our office.

When do I enroll for insurance benefits?

You are eligible to enroll for insurance benefits when you begin your first temporary or temporary-to-hire assignment. Enrollment must be completed within 30 days of your first paycheck or you will be required to wait until our annual open enrollment (held each August).

How do I enroll for insurance benefits?

FSP/P20 has engaged an organization, The American Worker, Inc., to administer our employee insurance plans. Through The American Worker, you may enroll online or by calling the enrollment center. If you have questions regarding the benefits being offered, contact the enrollment center and a representative will assist you.

Enrollment Center: Call (866) 866-3424
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET

Enroll Online: Visit www.IAmEnrolling.com

  • The Group ID number is 95224
  • Once you have created an account, you will be able to elect/modify coverage for yourself and eligible dependents.

When will my coverage become effective?

Your coverage begins the Monday following the first paycheck you receive that indicates a premium deduction. Coverage will continue uninterrupted as long as a premium is deducted from each paycheck.

How do I pay for my benefits if I am between assignments?

If you are between assignments (and therefore cannot pay your premium through payroll deduction), you can work with The American Worker to make other arrangements to pay your premium. If you do not pay your premium, your benefits will be suspended. The American Worker is available by phone at (800) 635-6585.

If my employment with FSP/P20 ends, will I be able to continue my medical benefits?

Under most circumstances, employees are eligible to continue their current coverage for six weeks by paying premiums directly to The American Worker. After six weeks, employees have the option to continue medical coverage via The Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) for up to 18 months. Employees should contact The American Worker for additional information. (Please note: Employees who elect to continue coverage through COBRA will have the same coverage, but will likely be required to pay up to 102% of the cost of the entire premium –  often significantly higher than what is paid during employment with FSP/P20.)
